ADI’s AD590 temperature transducer produces an output current proportional to absolute temperature. With a wide voltage supply from 4 V to 30 V this transducer is perfect for any temperature sensing applications that require a wide temperature range. The AD590 has been laser trimmed to calibrate 298.2 µA output at 298.2 K (25°C). The devices are robust and are able to survive forward voltage surges of up to 44 V and reverse voltages of 20 V. The AD590 is ideal for applications that need wide temperature inputs to produce a proportional output current. The device comes a range of packages from 8-SOIC, 4-WDFN to metal cans of TO-5-3 and TO-52-3.
