SiT1602B Low-Power MEMs Oscillators

The SiTime SiT1602B series of MEMs oscillators are low-power, fixed frequency oscillators. They provide the perfect combination of low power consumption, excellent stability, small size, and fast start-up for a wide range of applications including digital cameras, camcorders, portable storage devices, portable gaming devices, FM modules, mobile phones, and IoT applications. SIT1602 series products include a programmable drive strength feature that optimizes the rise/fall time for specific applications.  Benefits from the programmable drive strength feature include improved EMI performance, reduced jitter, and the ability to drive large capacitive loads.
