TCR3DGxx LDO IC PMIC Voltage Regulators

Toshiba’s latest LDO packaging has created the smallest 300 mA LDO currently available on the market. The LDO makes a great choice for low-cost systems and can replace low-current DC-DC regulators, eliminating the need for bulky chips and inductors. The ease of designing an LDO makes it a great choice for miniature electronics. Despite its small 0.645 mm x 0.645 mm size, it is a high-performance LDO with 1% output voltage accuracy and incredibly low dropout voltage.
