AKM’s CQ-320x and CQ-330x families are coreless open-type magnetic current sensors using a Hall sensor which outputs the analog voltage proportional to the AC/DC current. Quantum well ultra-thin film InAs (Indium Arsenide) is used as the Hall sensor, which enables high accuracy and high speed current sensing. The families are offered in both a small space-saving VSOP package size, high sensitivity, and high galvanic isolation. The CQ-320x is offered in a 3.3 V single power supply and the CQ-330x is offered in a 5.0 V single power supply.
