DGD2 Gate Drivers

Diodes' DGD2103M, DGD2104M, and DGD2304 are 600 V gate drivers that are designed for driving two N-channel MOSFETs or two IGBTs in half-bridge configuration. The DGD2 gate drivers feature both high-side and low-side output drive capability, enabling easy interface between the MCU and the power MOSFET or IGBT switches, with simple logic level input.
