ADSP-2136x 32-Bit Digital Signal Processors (DSP)

ADI’s 32-bit ADSP2136x SHARC DSP family includes ADSP-21363, ADSP-21364, ADSP-21366, and ADSP-21369. These DSPs come in range of speeds up to 400 MHz and are available in either a fixed and floating point or just floating point. These SHARC processors have up to 768 kB of ROM and up to 384 kB of on chip RAM. With six serial ports, these DSPs support serial interface of digital audio interface (DAI) and serial peripheral interface (SPI) technologies.

The ADSP-21363 333 MHz processor is capable of 2 GFLOPS peak performance. There are 25 zero-overhead DMA channels, and access or 8-channel asynchronous sample rate converters. The ADSP-21364 has 333 MHz speed which supports 40-bit floating point, 32-bit fixed point, and IEEE 32-bit floating point data types. The ADSP-21366 has two SPI ports supporting master and slave modes. The ADSP-21366 has 3 Mbits SRAM, 4 Mbits on chip ROM, and 333 MHz speeds. The ADSP-21369 is a 400 MHz SHARC processor with 2.4 GFLOPS peak performance. It has 2 Mbits SRAM and 6 Mbits customer defined ROM. The ADSP-2136x SHARC processors are designed for professional and home audio systems.
