ADI’s ADUM1201 is a dual channel, micropower digital isolator which uses iCoupler® technology that combines CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technologies. These isolators provide 3 kV isolation to protect the circuit downstream. The ADUM1201 can take a voltage input from 2.7 V to 5.5 V with usage of only 6 µA per channel quiescent current (enabled) or 0.3 µA per channel quiescent current (disabled). These isolators come in a SOIC package with a maximum temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The ADUM1201 is ideal for low power general purpose isolation.
