Diodes' APX803L series of micropower voltage detectors offer many detection voltage range levels, from 1.2 V to 5 V in 100 mV steps. They have an extremely low, 1 µA supply current level which minimizes the power consumption in systems such as smartphones, battery-powered devices, and internet equipment. The APX803L is available in SOT23, SC59, SOT323, and SOT25 packages.
