Packaged in the thermally efficient PowerDI®5 package, Diodes' D28V0H1U2P5Q features a reverse stand-off voltage of 28 V and low reverse leakage while being able to dissipate up to 1800 W of power per 10/1000 µs transient – 20% higher than comparable solutions. This TVS is uniquely capable of handling peak pulse current up to 40 A, which is 25% higher than similar SMC packaged parts. It is tested to guarantee compliance with the automotive load dump standard ISO7637-2 and the transient surge requirements of IEC 61000-4-5.
