ADL5205 Dual Gain Amplifier (DGA)

ADI’s ADL5205 is a dual gain amplifier (amp) made with silicon germanium (SiGe) complementary BiCMOS technology. This two-channel device is digitally controlled, has a wide bandwidth, and is a variable gain amplifier. This amplifier’s two channels can be powered independently. The device can be controlled with parallel 6-bit control interface or with serial peripheral interface (SPI). The amp comes in a 40-pin LFCSP and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The ADL5205 is ideal for test and instrumentation applications.
