ADI’s ADN8833 is TEC driver with integrated low R_DSON 1 A power MOSFETs. This driver is perfect for TEC voltage and current monitoring. TEC voltage is programmable up to 2 MHz PWM switching and requires no external resistors. The internal 2.5 V reference output is within 1% accuracy. The ADN8833 comes in a 25-pin WLCSP package and has an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This TEC driver is ideal for optical networks and TEC temperature control applications.
