HMC284/HMC435/HMC1055 RF Switches

ADI’s HMC284, HMC435, and HMC1055 are single pull, double throw (SPDT) non-reflective radio frequency (RF) switches that operate in the DC to 4 GHz range. The topology of the HMC284 is absorptive and the interface is positive voltage compatible with CMOS and TTL logic. RF1 and RF2 are non-reflective in the “OFF” state. The HMC435 is designed for cellular/3G and WiMAX/4G applications with its positive voltage control of 0/+5 V at DC currents. The HMC1005 was designed using gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology. The device has a single positive control at either 0 V or 3 V with low insertion loss of 0.7 dB at 2.0 GHz. The HMC284, HMC435, and HMC1055 were designed for cellular infrastructure of base stations, repeaters, and test and measurement systems.
