Chip Quik's 1lb. solder spools are unique to the industry since they use Chip Quik’s 4300 no-clean water-washable synthetic flux as the flux core. The flux residue can be left on the board and is non-conductive and non-corrosive. If washing off is desired no chemicals are required since hot water (+60°C) can be used to fully clean the boards.
