HMC8193 Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (M

ADI's HMC8193 is a 2.5 GHz to 8.5 GHz in phase/quadrature I/Q MMIC mixer. As a passive mixer, this device does not require additional dc power and offers much lower noise figure than active mixers that require power. The mixer is created using gallium arsenide (GaAs) and metal semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET) processes. The device comes in a small 24-pin LCC package that has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The HMC8193 is ideal for military, communication, and test applications.
