MAX11192 Dual Analog-to-Digital Converter

Maxim Integrated's MAX11192ATE+ is a dual-channel, simultaneous sampling, SAR ADC. This ADC allows sampling at 2 Msps and 12-bit resolution. It achieves 73 dB of SNR (min), -108 dB of THD (typ), and INL less than ±0.5LSB with no missing codes. The SPI-compatible serial interface includes a separate data output for each channel. It operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and comes in a tiny, 16-pin ultra TDFN package. This ADC delivers excellent static and dynamic performance and can operate from a supply voltage of 3.0 V to 5.25 V. An integrated reference further reduces board area and component count.
