By Maxim Integrated 433
Maxim’s MAX7037EGL+ is a high-performance, ultra-low-power, quad band, multichannel transceiver with an integrated 8051 microcontroller, Flash memory, and sensor interface. The device runs from a minimum supply voltage of only 2.1 V that allows for extended battery life and enables it to work with different sources of energy like solar cells, electromechanical, or thermoelectrical energy. Hardware-implemented transmit-and-receive routines in combination with a microcontroller enable a high-efficiency transceiver system for wireless fail-safe multiband/multichannel communication with advanced FSK and ASK protocol features. Sleep modes allow easy implementation of low-power applications with fast reaction times. The MAX7037EGL+ is offered in 40-TQFN package and has an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. An evaluation board is available.
