CDDFN10-3304NA TVS/Steering Diode Array for Ethern

Bourns' model CDDFN10-3304NA for high speed communication port applications comes in a DFN-10 package and combines a 3.3 V TVS diode with steering diodes to provide protection for four high-speed data lines. It offers an ultra-low capacitance of only 1.5 picofarads from each input/output to input/output and provides ±30 kV contact discharge and ±30 kV air discharge ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2.

The CDDFN10-3304NA is designed to protect high-speed data ports from ESD transients. For high-speed ports, such as Gigabit Ethernet, the ultra-low capacitance of the device minimizes signal degradation on each channel. Unlike common competing technologies, the solid-state avalanche technology used in the CDDFN10-3304NA does not degrade after multiple ESD events. The DFN-10 packaged device will mount directly onto the industry standard DFN-10 footprint. Bourns chip diodes are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment.
