Cypress' Bluetooth WICED modules are fully certified, fully programmable Bluetooth Smart/Bluetooth Smart Ready modules that are easy-to-use and designed to bring IoT products to market faster. The fully integrated modules contain Cypress’ Bluetooth Smart or Bluetooth Smart Ready chipsets, crystal(s), antenna, shield, and passive components. Cypress' Bluetooth WICED modules provide a turnkey solution for adding Bluetooth connectivity to any IoT system. Cypress' Bluetooth WICED modules also integrate various peripherals such as ADCs and PWMs to enable processing of sensor data in IoT system design.

WICED Software Development Kit (SDK)
The Bluetooth WICED modules as well as their evaluation boards, are supported within Cypress’ WICED SDK. WICED Studio is the only SDK for the IoT that integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth into a single IDE. The SDK provides WICED APIs and application framework designed to abstract complexity. Bluetooth WICED Module Evaluation Boards
Bluetooth WICED module evaluation boards are available to prototype IoT designs using the industry-leading Bluetooth WICED modules. These evaluation boards are supported within WICED Smart or WICED Studio and are Arduino compatible, allowing for additional functionality to be added via off-the-shelf Arduino shields.
