KMB2 Full-Wave Schottky Bridge

SMC Diode Solutions' KMB22S through KMB225S series of devices are a family of full-wave Schottky bridge rectifiers packaged in the MB-S surface mount outline. The series provides a very broad range of reverse voltage capabilities (20 V to 250 V) which enables use in a host of applications. The KMB22 series is capable of a continuous forward current of 2 A and a robust peak forward surge current of 50 A. The ultra-low forward voltage drop of the devices facilitates significant efficiency gains in full-wave applications when compared to traditional rectifier products. The combination of broad reverse voltage capability, high current density, and low conduction losses makes this device the ideal bridge rectification solution for many of today's energy sensitive applications.
