The Bridgetek FT93x series by Bridgetek/FTDI are compact SuperBridge MCUs that deliver a flexible bridging solution between different technologies including USB, UART, SPI, and SD host. The unique feature of the USB device port for a MCU is that in addition to supporting all standard classes, the device may simply be switched in to a hardcoded D2xx mode, eliminating the need for a lot of complex USB coding since a D2xx hardware engine is built in. As this is a smart bridge, the USB may then be paired with a wider variety of interfaces than a standard USB bridge ASIC. This device is a perfect fit for a bridge between USB-to-QSPI, and an interface to the EVE series of graphics controllers, allowing it to enable up to four small USB displays
