X-Lok Connectors

Amphenol LTW's X-Lok IP68 field installable (FI) connectors provide a field installable crimp termination for designers' on-site installation needs. The X-Lok FI provides a push lock mechanism for blind mating and quick, easy installation. These connectors meet high industrial standards by using UL94V-0 and UL-f1 rated thermoplastic materials for flammability and UV exposure protection.

  • Temperature range:
    • Receptacle: -40°C to +105°C
    • Overmolded with cable: -20°C to +80°C
    • Field installable: -40°C to +105°C
  • Contacts: copper alloy, tin, and gold plated 
  • Contact resistance: ≤ 10 mΩ
  • Insulation resistance: ≥100 mΩ at 500 VDC
  • Durability: 500 cycles
  • Breakdown voltage: ≥1600 VAC/minute
  • Salt spray corrosion test: 12 H
  • Standard cable length: 1 M to 99 M
