CYW20719 Dual-Mode Bluetooth® 5.0 Wireless MC

Cypress Semiconductor's CYW20719 wireless MCU is an ultra-low-power dual-mode Bluetooth 5.0-compliant device enabling a variety of IoT applications including wearables/fitness bands, home automation, blood pressure monitors/other medical devices, audio, and more. The CYW20719 device is manufactured using an advanced 40 nm CMOS low-power fabrication process. A CYW20719 evaluation kit is available to prototype IoT applications using the CYW20719 device as well as on-board sensors and other peripherals. The CYW20719 wireless MCU, as well as the EVK, are supported in WICED Studio 6.1 (and later) which provides application programming interfaces, code snippets, and demo applications to accelerate the development process.   • Complies with Bluetooth core specification version 5.0 with LE 2 Mbps optional feature
  • Supports basic rate (BR), enhanced data rate (EDR) 2 and 3 Mbps, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
  • Integrated 96 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 microcontroller unit (MCU) with floating point unit (FPU)
  • Rx sensitivity: -95.5 dBm (BLE)
  • 1 MB Flash, 512 KB RAM, and 2 MB ROM that stores Bluetooth stack and driver and offloads Flash for user applications
  • Ultra-low-power radio
    • RX current: 5.9 mA (BLE)
    • TX current: 5.6 mA @ 0 dBm (BLE)
