NCV816x and NCP16x Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators

SMC Diode Solutions’ STW80H150C is a common cathode pair of high current, high voltage power Schottky rectifiers available in the TO-247AD package outline. The device has a robust continuous forward current rating of 80 A, a reverse voltage capability of 150 V, and a high single cycle surge rating of 280 A which is critical in reactively loaded circuits. The common cathode configuration of the device provides design advantage when used in applications such as output rectification. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, high forward current rating, and very low conduction and switching losses makes this device ideal for high power, high-frequency energy sensitive applications.
