KEMET’s C4AF series automotive capacitor is made from polypropylene metalized film and is in a box configuration for AC filtering. The series is automotive grade and can be built with 2- or 4-leads. The function of this capacitor is AC filtering in harsh environmental conditions and PCB applications. These capacitors reduce the harmonic components overlapped to the fundamental frequency.
