Automotive AEC-Q101 200 W Diode Arrays – AQHV/AQHV

Littelfuse’s AQHV and AQHV-C series automotive 200 W diode arrays are designed to provide an option for very fast acting, high-performance overvoltage protection devices. They are suitable for power interfaces, passenger charging interfaces, LED lighting modules, and low speed I/Os. These automotive AEC-Q101 diode arrays will protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients.

The AQHV and AQHV-C series can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8 kV contact discharge) without performance degradation and safely conduct up to 8 A (AQHV12) of induced surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition, tp= 8/20 µs) with very low clamping voltages.
