Nexperia's DFN2020 portfolio includes 40 V and 60 V automotive MOSFETs with RDS(ON) down to 18 mΩ (@4.5 V) for the 40 V N-channel and RDS(ON) down to 45 mΩ (@4.5 V) for the 40 V P-channel. The package itself has a small footprint of 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm, side wettable flanks, and heatsink for excellent heat transfer.
