TDK-Lambda's 15 W and 30 W rated dual output CCG DC-DC converters operate over a 4:1 input range. These highly efficient products are enclosed in a 1” x 1” six-sided shielded metal case. Applications include data- and telecommunications, process control, broadcast, battery powered, and test and measurement equipment.

The CCG-D models are available with ±12 V or ±15 V outputs which can be used in series to provide a single 24 V or 30 V output. Both can operate from either a 9 V_DC to 36 V_DC or 18 V_DC to 76 V_DC input. The wide range enables inventory reduction programs as the converters can operate from either 12 V and 24 V or 24 V and 48 V nominal inputs without the need to stock two parts.

With operating efficiencies of up to 92%, the CCG series will operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C with a maximum case temperature of +110°C. All models are backed by a five-year warranty, have a remote on/off function, and are protected against overvoltage and overcurrent conditions.

The fully isolated CCG series has an input to output isolation of 1,500 V_DC and 1,000 V_DC isolation from input or output to case. Safety certification includes IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1, IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage and RoHS2 Directives.
