Panasonic’s ERT-J series NTC thermistors are available in 0201, 0402, and 0603 case sizes in both standard and AEC-Q200 compliant versions for automotive applications and other strenuous environments which ensures optimal quality and reliability.
NTC thermistors are a negative temperature coefficient resistor that significantly reduces resistance value as the heat/ambient temperature rises.
Thermistors are sintered in high-temperature (1,200°C to 1,500°C), and manufactured in various shapes.
