STMicro's VNQ7003SY uses STMicroelectronics VIPower® technology and is designed for driving resistive or inductive loads directly connected to ground with SPI and direct driving inputs.
This device offers a complete set of features for diagnostic, protection, and control managements. The VNQ7003SY is housed in a PowerSSO-36 exposed pad package to optimize the dissipation performances.
