Makeblock's Airblock is a modular 2-in-1 drone and hovercraft targeting users eight years old and older. It consists of six independent propeller modules so Airblock can fly in the air or run on land or water. After building, users can control the drone via the Makeblock app and code the virtual buttons with block-based programming.

Be Bold and Crash

The biggest feature of Airblock is that the six propeller modules are magnetically attached to the main hub in the center. All modules are enclosed in the EPP foam. As a result, Airblock can be quickly reassembled without damage after a crash. This encourages users to fly it and protects the Airblock and its surroundings.

Easy to Control and Program

The Makeblock app provides a default control panel with virtual joysticks to control Airblock (left, right, forward, backward, up, down). The app also allows users to create a customized control panel where virtual buttons, switches, and joysticks can be added and programmed.
