Bel's CAT5E, CAT6, and CAT6A toolless Keystone jacks and couplers consist of shielded and unshielded versions with 50 µ" of gold on contacts and can withstand 750 mating cycles. All plastic used on these connectors is UL 94V-0 rated, and all configurations are eight position, eight contacts.
The cable jack utilizes an easy condor style crimp method that allows the cable's conductors to be terminated with the push of a field installer's finger. This toolless design is an ideal solution for terminating and connecting network cabling used in a wall plate or patch panel. Bel's Keystone design comes in shielded and unshielded configurations with CAT5E and CAT6 performance levels available.
Keystone Coupler Features
- All couplers are RJ45 to RJ45 configurations
- All configurations meet channel requirements for TIA-568-C.2

Tool-less Keystone Jacks Features
- UL 94V-0 plastic
- Contact plating: 50 µ" of gold
- IDC contacts: phosphor bronze alloy with 100 µ" of 100% Sn alloy
- IDC wire gauge acceptance: 22 AWG to 24 AWG
- Insertion/extraction life: minimum of 750 cycles
- Electrical insulation resistance: 500 MΩ minimum at 100 VDC
- Dielectric withstanding voltage: 1000 VDC or 1000 VAC peak contact to contact at 60 Hz for 1 minute
- Shielded versions have a Zinc alloy shield
- All versions can accept a cable diameter up to 8.8 mm
