AVX's F93 and F93-AJ6 series solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors are small, SMD, resin-molded chips with the F93-AJ6 in the automotive product range. The F93 features capacitance between 0.33 µF and 680 µF, and the F93-AJ6 features capacitance between 1 µF and 680 µF. Both capacitors offer rated voltages between 4 V and 35 V with standard tantalum J-lead that is compliant with the RoHS2 directive 2011/65/EU. The F93 and F93-AJ6 series come in four different case sizes (A, B, C, and N). The F93 is typically used in low power DC/DC and typical applications for the F93-AJ6 are cabin electronics and infotainment.
