Ultra-Low Power Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCUs

STMicroelectronics' STM32L412 (no crypto) and STM32L422 (with crypto) devices extend the STM32L4 series with Flash density from 128 Kbytes to 64 Kbytes. Ideal for cost-sensitive applications, low-pin-count-packages choices range from 32-pin LQFP (5 mm x 5 mm) to 64-pin BGA (5 mm x 5 mm) including 36-pin WLCSP (2.58 mm x 3.07 mm). This series dominates the peripheral profile benchmark and increases the score up to 167 ULPMark-PP and up to 447 ULPMark-CP respectively. In addition to this, the STM32L412 devices stretch performance in ULP EEMBC benchmarks as well. Developers will appreciate the slim-form-factor NUCLEO-L412KB board and NUCLEO-L412RB-P including a step-down converter.
