Eaton Electronics presents the 0402ESDA-AEC automotive grade ESD supressor which is AEC-Q200 qualified and provides ultra-low capacitance (0.05 pF), and ideal for high-speed data applications. These supressors have electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection with fast response time (less than 1 nano-second), allowing equipment to pass IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 testing. 0402ESDA-AEC is a compact (0402) package size for single-line, bi-directional protection applications where board space and power consumption is critical.
