NA-6800/NA-6900 Series High-Performance OCXOs

Taitien’s NA-6800 and NA-6900 series of high-performance OCXOs utilize their in-house produced SC-cut crystals. These OCXOs are available with numerous thermal stability and phase noise options. The 1” x 1” NA package is hermetically sealed, RoHS compliant, and incorporates a frequency adjustment option. The NA-6800 and NA-6900 series are ideally suited for applications with demanding high-precision timing requirements, as well as those with vibration sensitivity requirements.

  • 10 MHz low phase noise (LPN) and low G-sensitivity
  • 3-phase noise options, including close-in -142 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and the floor at 170 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz
  • Frequency stability options include ±10 ppb over -20°C to +70°C and ±50 ppb over -40°C to +85°C
  • ±0.4 ppm tuning range
  • Sinewave output

NA-100M-6800
  • 100 MHz LPN and low G-sensitivity
  • 3-phase noise options, including close-in -125 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz, and floor -180 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz
  • Tight frequency stability of ±50 ppb from -20°C to +70°C and ±100 ppb from -40°C to +85°C
  • Low G-sensitivity performance at <1 ppb/g 
  • ±3 ppm tuning range

NA-100M-6900
  • 100 MHz ultra-low phase noise (ULPN) and low G-sensitivity
  • Excellent phase noise performance with -135 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz and -185 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz

  • 1 ppb/g G-sensitivity
