Taica Corporation offers a variety of bolt-mount silicone vibration insulators made with Taica's advanced Alpha-GEL silicone material which is permanently bonded to metal-mounting hardware for quick and easy installation. The vibration insulators are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, depending on the weight (mass) of the component to be isolated and the specific application. Taica offers vibration insulators for components that are between less than a kilogram and up to several hundred kilograms.

These simply designed insulators support the product and effectively isolate vibrations. Alpha-GEL combines softness and durability which shows exceptional damping functionality for low- to high-frequency vibrations, making it far superior to rubber. The vibration insulators are typically used to isolate pumps, fans, compressors, centrifuges, or other vibrating components. They can also be used to isolate sensitive instrumentation from external vibration.
