Diodes’ AP3445 and AP3445L are 2 A step-down DC-DC converters. The AP3441 and AP3441L are 3 A step-down DC-DC converters. At heavy load, the constant frequency PWM control performs excellent stability and transient response. No external compensation components are required on AP3445/L and AP3441/L. The AP3445/L delivers 2 A and the AP3441/L delivers 3 A maximum output current while consuming only 55 µA of no-load quiescent current. Ultra-low RDS(ON) integrated MOSFETs and 100% duty cycle operation make them an ideal choice for high output voltage, high current applications which require a low dropout threshold. Pulse skip mode maintains high-efficiency at light-load conditions. AP3445/L is available in SOT236 package. AP3441/L is available in W-DFN2020-8 package.
