Cypress Semiconductor's EZ-BT WICED module (CYBT-413034-02) is a dual-mode Bluetooth BR/EDR and Low Energy (BLE) wireless module solution ideal for a range of IoT applications. This module is cost-optimized and provides a 12.0 mm x 16.3 mm x 1.70 mm form-factor.
The module hosts the Cypress CYW20719 wireless MCU, providing SuperMux-capable I/Os combined with 1024 KB Flash memory and 512 KB SRAM. Its WICED compatibility offers easy system integration and software development for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-combined solutions.
Cypress provides an Arduino-compatible, easy-to-use evaluation board (CYBT-413034-EVAL) for this module. Developers can prototype Bluetooth IoT applications with this module evaluation board using the WICED Studio SDK.
