Push-in technology by Phoenix Contact is now available outside of the control cabinet in the M12 push-in field-wired connector. M12 push-in connectors offer the flexibility of accepting both ferruled and stranded wires. Wires with ferrules, as well as solid-core wires, can be plugged in directly using the push-in principle, while stranded wires can be terminated by lifting the colored levers, which will remain open until it is clicked back into place.
M12 push-in connectors replace spring-cage connectors with an improved, convenient termination design while maintaining the same sized connector body. Contact holders are easily identified with color-coded levers, as well as numbered positions, to help guide accurate, tool-free termination.
The ease and quickness of the M12 push-in connectors are reliable, efficient additions to the field-wired connector line.
