Cicoil, insulation displacement connector cable offers an ultra-flexible micro IDC ribbon cable with 0.025” pitch. It has been designed for tight routing applications that require dependable signal density and reduced cable width. With a temperature rating of -65°C to +260°C, this cable is ideal for exposure to harsh environments. Cicoil’s patented extrusion process allows individually encased, finely stranded bare copper wires to be placed in a very small, flat profile, precisely controlling the spacing of each component and the overall cable shape. Approximately half the size of standard 28 AWG IDC ribbon cables, the 30 AWG Flexx-Sil™ rubber jacketed cables are available in 10 to 64 conductors and is completely compatible with any IDC. Fully terminated assemblies are offered in 3 foot, 6 foot, and 12 foot lengths.
