TE0725 Series with Xilinx Artix®-7

The Trenz Electronic TE0725 are low-cost, small-sized FPGA modules integrating a Xilinx Artix-7 15T, 35T, and 100T, 8 MByte HyperRAM and 32 MByte Flash memory for configuration and operation. The 2-pin x 50-pin header with a 2.54 mm standard pitch fits perfectly on a perfboard. All parts are at least commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution.

Artix-7 devices provide the highest performance-per-watt fabric, transceiver line rates, DSP processing, and AMS integration in a cost-optimized FPGA. Featuring the MicroBlaze soft processor and 1,066 Mb/s DDR3 support, the family is the best value for a variety of cost-sensitive and power-sensitive applications including software-defined radio, machine vision cameras, and low-end wireless backhaul.
