SST26VF SuperFlash® Memory ICs

Microchip Technology's SST26VF family of NOR Flash memory ICs with embedded MAC addresses the rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the challenges embedded system designers face in making their products secure from malicious attacks. Preprogrammed with EUI-48™ and EUI-64™ addresses, the devices do not have a minimum order requirement, providing cost-effective plug-and-play storage solutions for connected applications that use Ethernet, Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi®, IEEE 802.15.4, and FireWire®.

SST26VF016BEUI devices also support full command-set compatibility to traditional serial peripheral interface (SPI) protocol. Operating at frequencies reaching 104 MHz, the SST26VF016BEUI enables minimum latency execute-in-place (XIP) capability without the need for code shadowing on an SRAM. The device’s high performance and reliability make it the ideal choice for network appliance, smart-home, wireless connectivity, computing, digital TV, smart-meter, datacenter, automotive, and other industrial applications. Further benefits are achieved with SST’s proprietary, high-performance CMOS SuperFlash technology which significantly improves performance and reliability and lowers power consumption for high-bandwidth, compact designs. The SST26VF family of NOR Flash memory ICs is ideal for any smart-connect IoT application.
