STMicroelectronics builds on the previous generation of MDmesh devices through its M6 technology, which combines excellent R_DS(ON) per area improvement with one of the most effective switching behaviors available, as well as a user-friendly product status link experience for maximum end-application efficiency. The 600 V, 85 mΩ (typ.), 30 A MOSFET is available in TO-247 package (STW36N60M6) or TO-220 package (STP36N60M6).
