Used to convert sound into an electric signal, CUI’s ECM microphones contain a permanent charge, eliminating the need for an external polarizing voltage. The models are housed in compact packages as small as 3 mm in diameter with depths as low as 1 mm. Featuring omnidirectional, unidirectional, and noise-canceling options in a range of configurations, these ECM microphones provide higher sensitivity ratings and signal-to-noise ratios, resulting in superior sound performance.
