KOA Speer Electronics' HV73 high voltage flat chip resistor features maximum working voltages as high as 3,000 V. These resistors provide superior capabilities over standard thick film flat chip resistors in maximum working voltages. The HV73 chip sizes and voltages include 0603 (350 V_AC), 0805 (400 V_AC), 1206 (800 V_AC), 2010 (2000 V_DC), and 2512 (3000 V_DC).

KOA's HV73 chip resistors reduce spacing requirements and may decrease the total number of resistors needed in high voltage applications. Through the use of metal glaze thick film, excellent heat and moisture resistance are assured. The available resistance tolerances are ±0.5%, ±1.0%, ±2.0%, and ±5.0% and the resistance range is 10 kΩ to 100 MΩ with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) offering of ±100 ppm/°C, ±200 ppm/°C, and ±300 ppm/°C.
