KOA Speer Electronics' SG73P anti-surge endured pulse power thick film chip resistor series features enhanced ESD protection. The SG73P (pulse) offers excellent performance in pulse handling with a resistance range between 1 Ω ~ 10 MΩ. These resistors also feature a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 ppm/K and ±200 ppm/K with tolerances of ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%. The SG73P series are available in sizes and power ratings from 0402 (0.2 W), 0603 (0.33 W), 0805 (0.5 W), 1206 (0.75 W), and 1210 (1 W).
