ON Semiconductor’s STK5x4Uxxxx-E 600 V intelligent power modules (IPM) are highly integrated devices containing all high-voltage (HV) control from HV-DC to 3-phase outputs in a single, small SIP. The output stages use IGBT/FRD technology and implement undervoltage protection (UVP) and overcurrent protection (OCP) with a FAULT detection output flag. Internal boost diodes are provided for high side gate boost drive.
