XENSIV™ TLE5109 Magnetic Angle Sensors

Infineon's TLE5109 (D) angle sensor is the perfect fit for rotation applications available as single and dual die versions. This sensor is best-in-class for angle accuracy and has very high field range, low jitter, and is monolithically integrated in CMOS and BCD. The TLE5109 (D) is designed for ultra-precise and fast rotation measurement applications such as BLDC motor position, EPS rotor position, pedals and rotary switches, valve or flap position sensing, steering angle sensing, electric motors, magnetic encoders, high-speed applications, automotive, and industrial safety applications.
