These iCoupler isolators feature high-speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology and an on-off-keying (OOK) architecture. The isolators offer outstanding performance and proven galvanic isolation. To protect data signals, these iCoupler digital isolators provide the industry's highest surge protection of 16kVpk and withstand voltage ratings up to 5kVrms. For additional surge protection, the isolators have a 10KV reinforced surge rating. To support high speed communications and data integrity, the isolators have 150Mbps throughput, 14ns max. propagation delay, and 100kV/µs transient immunity. Suitable for a wide variety of applications, the isolators operate over a 1.7V to 5.5V supply range and feature 1 to 4 input channels.Learn More
