The order came 10 days after the expiration of the delivery time-very long. The seller did not reply to the messages. Electrical parameters description does not correspond. Direct voltage drop 2,3 v at current about 4ma. The marcus transistor tester shows a direct voltage of 2.45 v. When the current is 10ma, the voltage drop is 3.14 v. Are they calculated for current 20ma-i do not know. The frequency of flashing looked at the oscilloscope: about 1.6 hz (0.31 seconds lit-0,31 seconds extinguished).
